Pebble Lane Residence is an Interior renovation project including a large dining area, guests' tea area, outdoor barbecue area, and white tiled powder rooms.

Everit Residence is a private residence with a fully designed structure from the exterior to the layout and the choice of furniture and finishes.

This project is a rental house renovation where our team worked on a very short schedule with the addition of an extremely tight budget. The whole makeover, which includes a new roof and siding, a new interior layout, new flooring, new doors and windows, new lighting, a new stoop, etc., took only a total of two months to complete.

Six Cortlandt Alley in Tribeca is a residential building designed in collaboration with Julia Winner from JMW.

This playroom redesign requires a quick transformation with a tight budget while also serving the need for a secondary storage area. It still allowed the team to redesign the whole area, with the goal being to accommodate the needs of three young kids of different ages. The new layout provided a multifunctional area that could be used for playing, creating, reading, or studying.

The design of this kitchen renovation faced multiple challenges, from budget restrictions to existing condition limitations. This overhaul shows that even with a limited budget, a good design can still be achieved through a complete space transformation.

The Brown Stone (177 New York Ave.) building is in a historic district and was in very rough condition. After several approvals, our team finally reconfigured the interior space and turned it into three apartments and an office.

Bright, tropical hues are used in this bedroom restoration project to create a pleasant, homey vibe for the whole space.

1st Place Brownstone is a residential renovation in a historical district. The interior of the place has been demolished and is waiting to be renovated upon approval.

A posh housing complex called View Drive Residence is now under construction. A home theater, a meditation area, and a wine cellar are just a few features of the final layout.
