Internal renovations were made to a lovely and roomy Long Island home to accommodate the new owners' demands. Changes were made as part of the interior design process, particularly to the garden, entertaining areas, and common sections of the property.

Oyster Bay, NY │ 1,100 SF │ 2023

This home's interior restoration project was characterized by modern, beautiful, colorful, and useful elements. Work spaces included the wine cellar, breakfast area, terrace, outdoor kitchen, dining room, living room, family room, lounge, and powder room. The goal was for every room to feel cozy so that the entire family could spend quality time together.

Pebble Lane Residence

Hewlett, Long Island, NY │ 1,100 SF │ 2022

This gorgeous property combines the conveniences of a full-service building with the seclusion of boutique condo living. A kitchen island is part of the open, roomy kitchen design. This makes it simpler to maneuver about the counter area and creates a wonderful environment for entertaining and hosting visitors.

Cortland Complex

Manhattan, NYC │ 1,700 SF │ 2017

The primary goal of this project was to quickly and affordably update this two-story rental home. The project took two months to complete and included both external and interior renovations, giving the space a new look. The entire renovation, including new siding and roof, new interior design, new flooring, new windows and doors, new lighting, new stairs, etc.

Randall Rd. Residence

Princeton, New Jersey │ 2,200 SF │2022

The goal of this project was to maximize the available space by installing bespoke millwork in various spaces. The primary goals were to keep a gorgeous home and provide extra storage in a small space. This makeover demonstrates that a thorough space transformation may still result in a fantastic design even with a tight budget.

Gotham Residence

Valley Stream, Long Island │ 1800 SF │ 2022

Located in a historic district, the BrownStone building (177 New York Ave.) was in very poor shape. We eventually reorganized the internal space and converted it into three residential apartment units and one office space after obtaining many clearances. We rearranged the area to have three flats and one office on the ground level because the original building was in awful shape and had a really poor layout. Each apartment has three bedrooms and was remodeled to make it more comfortable while preserving some of the original characteristics, such as the fireplace and brick walls. Along with the new idea, new furniture is installed and the windows are renovated.
