This beautiful and spacious Long Island residence is currently undergoing a comprehensive interior renovation to suit the evolving lifestyle of its new owners. The project began with a focus on key common areas of the home, including the entryway, family den, media room, wine cellar, spa room, and guest suite.

On the main floor, updates have already been made to the dining room, where a custom feature wall was added and a new dining set was selected. In the formal living room, a bespoke bookshelf—drawing inspiration from the clients’ Mediterranean travels—was designed and installed. The family den was upgraded with custom millwork to enhance both comfort and storage.

Significant transformations have taken place in the basement, which now serves as a dynamic entertainment level. Completed areas include a gourmet kitchen, playroom, custom wine cellar, floating pod room, media room, and a guest apartment suite.

Outdoor improvements are also underway. A fire pit patio has been designed, and an outdoor kitchen has been placed adjacent to the existing pool for seamless al fresco gatherings.

As the renovation progresses, we continue to collaborate closely with the clients to thoughtfully design and complete additional spaces throughout the home.
