A tale of change and rebirth in the center of Manhattan is told by the development of Lou G. Seigal, a famous kosher eatery in New York City, became Ben's Deli and then Mr. Broadway. As the restaurant's interior designers, Studio RB had the task of maintaining the rich history of these famous businesses while giving the area a new look.
