Forrest Hills, Queens is home to The Illinois, a residential structure. Updates to the lobby were requested by the board members.

We were tasked with designing a playful space that instantly rang pop art, but with a hummer and little client journey. On the design, we worked in collaboration with Ilana Libman, a graphic designer and visionary, and the result was clever and fun.

A luxury residential building on the Williamsburg, Brooklyn, waterfront.

We explored the finer points of outer facade design, ramp design, and lobby desk design in this design project. This all-encompassing project seeks to guarantee smooth accessibility, an aesthetically pleasing exterior, and an extraordinary and welcoming atmosphere for guests.

The building lobby of Six Cortlandt Alley in Tribeca was designed in collaboration with Julia Winner from JMW.

An office lobby for a cosmetics surgeon office.

A conference room, multiple private rooms, and a reception area make up the BQM office space. We also created a new stairway to connect the two floors as part of the space's reconfiguration.
