The staircase, previously a concealed and underutilized element, is now a central sculptural feature—restored with custom wood treads and minimalist handrails, visually linking the apartment’s levels with a sense of openness and vertical rhythm.

The kitchen has been reconfigured to serve as both a practical workspace and a social hub. Custom cabinetry, natural stone surfaces, and a carefully curated material palette.

The fireplace serves as a grounding element in the living space. Retained and updated with a sleek surround, it provides a tactile contrast and visual anchor that honors the apartment’s original details.
