Pebble Lane Residence
2022
Modern, elegant, colorful, and functional—these were the characteristics applied to the interior renovation project of this residence. The areas of work included the dining room, living room, family room, lounge, powder room, wine cellar, breakfast area, outdoor kitchen, and patio. The intention was that all the spaces would feel comfortable for all the family to enjoy moments together.
Dining Room: The elongated ebony wood table seats comfortably 14 people together, and the double-upholstered dining chairs by Trica added comfort to the users. Thin molding frames on the wall were installed to create a backdrop for the artwork. The vertical moldings also align with the dropped ceiling above to create a better relationship between wall and ceiling elements.
Living Spaces: The living and family rooms are connected, and the idea of bringing color to this space was reflected in the selections of area rugs, accent chairs, and accessories. All the furniture was chosen to have space for gathering without losing the proportion of the space. The spaces are elegant and inviting.
Wine cellar: the wine cellar was an unused space underneath the staircase. The custom millwork provided the client with a beautiful area to appropriately store his precious bottles.
