The design aimed to create an immersive, elegant environment that complements the restaurant’s plant-based menu and reflects the cultural richness of France and Spain. The goal was to celebrate the unique architectural features of the space, particularly the mezzanine skylight, while fostering an intimate yet dynamic dining atmosphere.

The design achieves its intent by incorporating the skylight as the focal point and utilizing a layout inspired by French sidewalk cafés and Spanish restaurants. Carefully selected materials, lighting, and textures create an ambiance of intimacy, connection, and elegance with the mezzanine skylight and its custom centerpiece with a three-way marble seating arrangement and wraparound banquette, a towering 18-foot wine display paired with an interactive sommelier experience, and a meticulous craftsmanship and custom elements, including the sola wood flower installation, Golden Blue marble book matched slab, and handcrafted wallcoverings.
