This project is a rental house renovation where our team worked on a very short schedule with the addition of an extremely tight budget. The whole makeover, which includes a new roof and siding, a new interior layout, new flooring, new doors and windows, new lighting, a new stoop, etc., took only a total of two months to complete.

Before Photo
The front of the structure is cleared of the existing entourage that is blocking the frontage of the house. The front steps are also renovated, as are the entrance door, the windows, and the building's overall façade.

The existing kitchen is retained, but the renovation included new flooring, a new backsplash, and new hardware. A new wall opening to the adjacent space is also created to allow more light and create a new and wider passage through the space.

The third bedroom, although the smallest, has the most windows and light. We also renovated the flooring here together with its ceiling, giving it a cleaner and more spacious look.

Before Photo
In the past, this lower level served as a garage and later it was turned into a storage area. We moved the door and changed the layout. By doing that we provided two new bedrooms and a family area.

This workshop shed is a free standing structure that serves as an artist's studio by the owner. It also serves as a separate storage area of the house. The clerestory window on top of the entrance of the structure not only gives more light inside but also serves as a great touch to the unique character of the structure.
