Health Bar Café is a 750-square-foot wellness café in Jersey City, New Jersey — one of Studio RB’s earliest hospitality projects and an early demonstration of the studio’s ability to create character and warmth within a tight budget and footprint. The brief asked for a space that communicated health, freshness, and genuine quality without resorting to the clinical aesthetic that often accompanies wellness concepts.
Studio RB designed around natural materials, warm lighting, and a colour palette that felt vibrant and alive. The result was a café that quickly became a neighbourhood fixture — a space that felt considered and personal rather than corporate or generic.
