Balade Your Way is a Lebanese fast-casual restaurant at 8 East 41st Street in Midtown Manhattan. Studio RB was asked to organise a long, narrow space in a way that referenced the brand’s identity while creating a genuinely inviting interior for a busy Midtown lunch crowd.
The design is organised around a series of arches that echo the brand’s visual language, with floating reclaimed wood shelves, trailing plants, and denim-wash blue interiors creating a sense of warmth and informality. A market entry zone near the front features cast concrete high-top tables and a rebar metal frame wall hung with fresh spices. The rear food counter uses lighter materials and brighter lighting to focus attention on food preparation — a brick oven and shawarma grill visible from the dining area.
