The Illinois is a residential building in Forrest Hills, Queens. We were asked by the board members to update the lobby.
The existing lobby was old and dated. The last time the lobby was renovated was 40 years ago and we are happy that our design drastically improved the quality of life for residents and staff
We enlarged the vestibule, provided new finishes, new light cove and a modern pendant light fixture. All of these contributed for the fresh look and feel of the lobby. Wall tile by Porcelanosa.
The employees locker area has also been refurbished to be in synced with the newer design and layout of the lobby
