Everit Residence is a private residence with a fully designed structure from the exterior to the layout and the choice of furniture and finishes.
The frontage of the residential building has its roof connecting all the way through to the ground for a connected and solid façade. This also allows more fenestration in the entrance of the house, allowing more light and ventilation.

This staircase is a platform with glass railings. With a chocolate brown powder-coated steel stringer and white oak treads. The 2nd floor slab has also been adjusted from the front wall to give enough space and ventilation to the porch.
