The building lobby of Six Cortlandt Alley in Tribeca was designed in collaboration with Julia Winner from JMW. This stunning project blends the privacy of boutique condo living with the amenities of a full-service building. The modern lobby incorporates reclaimed wood paneling from the existing historic building alongside a  custom concierge desk. The wall leading to the back of the lobby features a photo collage along with maps of the neighborhood from the 1920's.
