A Brooklyn brownstone located at 177 New York Ave was transitioned from a neglected building into an inviting 3 apartment building. Studio RB restored the original characters of the building including the staircase rail details, brick walls, and some of the original windows. The new design revived the old building charm with a fresh and modern look.
